I don't usually have cheat meals with salty outtake foods because i rarely crave that kind of foods and they make me retain water like crazy.
As for sugar, i crave it so bad but i'll have it 1 or 2 times month
I really like sugary stuff but ice cream is my fave and usually i'll only ice cream.
I noticed the last 2 times i had ice cream (it was a lot)and i felt my heart palpitation raising but nothing scary or painfull. I don't have a heart condition and i am and feel healthy. So is it normal?
I changed the ice cream usually i was eating and i'm thinking maybe has smt to do with it.
I know the body tries to adapt to larger amount of calories but for some reason i was worried. Usually this happens to me when i have anxiety but not from sugar.
