Weight loss and more fitness questions

Hi

I'm new to fitnessblender and would really appreciate some guidelines of what exercise to do, amount of time, per day / week etc.

I'm currently trying to lose 5 kgs.

Is doing fitnessblender enough or would one need to hit the gym aswell?

Food wise, I think I'm eating pretty healthy, veggies, fish, grilled chicken etc.
