Last summer (2017) I lost about 20lbs with low-carb and moderate workouts, but since last winter I haven't worked out and eaten liberally...and now about 50% yo-yo.
Fortunately I ended up regaining just about 8-9lbs back but it is definitely the time to start healthy life again.
I am operating a small bar so I would like some advice on what sort of workout I better start with as I have to squeeze time and my condition fluctuates depending on business. I am 42yrs female with relatively a strong build and muscle, but a bit of back pain has been with me for 10 years. I could do FB 1000kcal workouts 2-3 times a week when I was in best condition.
I personally love TRX sort of training, and Pilates really worked well for me when I had a personal trainer. (but now no budget to hire a trainer!:(
