I live in a community that is BIG on beer, as are many communities now. Also, I just LOVE beer! However, in an effort to see and feel the benefits of the workouts I am doing I have been largely avoiding alcohol of any kind. But in order to make this lifestyle sustainable and life long (as is the goal) I can't put off beer forever. So, the big question is: can I mix beer 1-2X week with regular FB exercises and eating well, and still see and feel a benefit to my body?
