I'm sure you've read quite a lot of reviews on FB Strong but let me tell you about my experiences anyway.
First of all, before I started this programme, I'd been a cardio+HIIT fan. I liked strength training but I always combined it with some HIIT because never thought it would be effective without it.
This programme, as it says in the description, is 90% strength training. And I loved it! The results aren't striking, they are the kind of changes only I can see. 'Oh, look at that new little bump next to my shins and on my lower arms. What shall I call them?' This sort of thing. I can definitely lift heavier weights which means that I did get stronger so this programme IS effective.
To sum it up, if you're afraid that you'll miss HIIT and might not like this programme, give it a go anyway. It will challenge you but you won't regret it.
