Today I completed the last workout in FB Burn - Round 1! I really enjoyed the dynamic nature of the program and workouts. It was a nice change of pace from my usual strength training workouts. I may or may not check out round 2!
The only thing I missed while completing FB Burn was the frequency of weightlifting throughout the program. (Before buying it I was fully aware that FB Burn is a mix of weights/HIIT/cardio.) That being said, I do enjoy HIIT and cardio... But, strength training will always be my go to when working out. 💪❤️
I didn't take any before or after photos, which I sort of regret! But I honestly didn't want to solely focus on my body's appearance that much. Just like Kelli and Daniel stress, it's not all about looks! What's most important is how you feel and what your body can do. 👍 (End sappy motivational speech.)
