I started my fitness journey 1 year ago to loose cellulite and build a healthy body. But as every begginer i made many mistakes, I haven't see any great resaults and i feel so depressed with how i look,everyday i wake up with such a bad mood.... But i know i have to lower my body fat and gain muscle at my bottom,
I searched/asked for help and many told me to eat more protein and generally eat more calories. My problem is my fear, i can't eat so much food and i don't want too but i try to eat my protein (120g per day). I eat clean all the time, nothing at all and i feel jealus of everyone
1)Is there any way to gain lean muscle without eating 2000cal?
2)I try lowering my body fat (cellulite) and i just can't.
And Lastly ( I promise!)
I wanted to ask you if is normal to feel some day the body stronger/harder and other days weaker & the muscles feel more jigglier??
