So I just started the FBabs workout today. Am I doing this in right order?
.Start with a warm up
.Then choose either the 'Brutal core workout' OR 'Intermediate Alternative'
. Then extra credit challenge if I want too
. Then cool down
I choose either one or the other main workouts don't I? (I saw a post of a woman who does every single one and questioned if you do them all or choose your level)
