I love upper body w/o! Today's lineup was just what I needed to get my muscles working. I focused on the muscle doing the work rather than on the timer or the weight I was lifting. That helped me work hard while paying attention to form.
Tomorrow I'll be doing some core work...not my favourite but I need to strengthen my back while tone my middle some more.
