Round 2: 30-day No-sweets Challenge invitation ๐Ÿ˜…

After I shared my journey of 30 (now 32) days sweets-free, several Blenders shared their desire to kick sugar dependency and others about their experiences with successfully reducing sugar dependence. After the success I had with breaking sugar dependency and losing 5.5 inches, Iโ€™ve decided to do another 30-day No-Sweets Challenge for myself, but THEN I thought some of you might want to join so we can support/suffer with (haha) one another.

If people are interested, Iโ€™ll be posting everyday to check in for this challenge specifically and offer some encouragement. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ Let me know! Iโ€™ll make a list (yup, itโ€™s that serious ๐Ÿ˜‚)

*****There are some people who believe this type of abstinence is โ€œdeprivationโ€ and unhealthy, and may therefore be agitated by this post and challenge (per my experience). If you are one of those people, this challenge is not for you. Kindly move on. Iโ€™d like to keep this space positive ๐Ÿ™‚
