I recently started working at an ice cream shop and after one week of working there I developed severe pain in my wrist and last two fingers on that hand. I can't think of workouts that I can do without any use of my hands or putting pressure on my wrist in any way. If any one has any suggestions (that aren't running lol) please let me know :)
