I've been blending religiously since November cycling through Body Weight 2, Burn, Blend, and Sweat but I think I'm bored! (note I still love Blend!) I still do the workouts but I feel like I'm not pushing as hard, I feel like I don"t make any improvements (like going up in weights) and it feels like a chore almost. This week I took a small "break" and have just been doing pilates style workouts.
The kicker is I've been seeing some results so I don't want to step back now. This is what I have been waiting for!
Does anyone have a suggestion of a good program that would still have some HIIT/cardio/strength but also has Pilates? I don't want to lose any progress I have made. I was looking at Adventure or Bored Easily....
