Protein Struggles

Just wondering how everyone manages to get enough protein in their day. I try to eat healthy but feel like I rarely have time to cook meat. What are some good strategies to make sure my macronutrients are balanced? I don’t want to actually count calories or macros because it leads me to obsessive thinking but I do want to try to eat more balanced and nutrient rich meals. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
