So, this morning I did my first ever level 5/5 workout. I am working out with K & D for over a year, but I made sure, level 5 was not on my calendar, ever. If it was in a program, I subtituted it with something else.
This particular workout was on my mind (and calendar) for about a month now, but I kept posponing it. And today I felt strong enough to tackle it. To my surprise it was OK. I did have to do some modifications in HIIT (I have profound and deep hate for burpees), but other than that I managed. There was a lot of sweat and MAYBE occasionally some not-so-nice words shouted at Kelli. My legs are a jello now, but it really feels good. :)
So maybe next week I will try to do one of 1000 cal workouts. Maybe.
Level 5 to start a day
