So, I was working 5 days at the end of July which meant I ate very little. Came back home and the past 2 weeks I've been eating like CRAZY! Like every day I consume around 2700-4200kcal....
I have been working out daily because I have so much energy but it's still a lot of food. I'm starting to hate my body again because of it
