I've completed three of FBs workout programmes and if there's one things that I haven't seen progress in, it's the improvement of DOMS pain! I always cooldown and am a yoga fan too. I've tried adding foods to my diet and taking more rest days.
It gets so bad sometimes I can't sleep.
