Hello everyone! I already completed my 2nd round of FB Burn, and I was wondering, how many of you started running while using workout programs?
I recently started running, and it's been difficult managing these two activities together :/ I always feel like I'm doing too much/too little a day; moreover, I started eliminating HIIT in favour of running, while keeping the strenght training.
