I wanted to celebrate here that I’ve reached 5 days in a streak on the headspace meditation app. I’ve tried to do it so many times before but never made it to 5 days.
Thank you so much to Siobhan for the motivation in the weekly challenge. Admittedly, I didn’t keep up with all of the activities, especially the outdoor ones, but I am planning to try them when I’m actually spending time outdoors. I did do the headspace meditation every day though.
For K&D, you’ve created a fitness-based community where people are inspired to work toward better mental health and general wellbeing and not just changes in their body?! I think that’s amazing 💕
