Morning workouts.

Hi all,

I always prefer to workout in the evening since my body takes time to get into gear after waking up, and I am usually hungry too. Evenings are perfect from the perspective of not being sleepy/hungry/full of to-do lists in my head.

However, I am starting a new profile at work which will mean longer hours and I know evening workouts won't be possible. So I need to get them in in the morning no matter what.

Can you guys share what you eat in the morning in order to be able to work out soon after (I won't have more than 10-15 min to spare btwn eating and starting the workout) without feeling nauseous?
