I just finished a 1 hour pilates workout after haven't been working out for more than a month.
I am struggling with keeping up consistency in working out. For instance in April I have been working out pretty much every single day, than in May three-two times a week and today is the first workout day of June.
It is not the first time that this happens to me. I work out a lot for maybe a month/a month and a half and then all of a sudden I stop for two/three months and this is not letting me achieve my big goals. Every time I start again I say to myself 'this time I am not going to quit' but then it happens.
I did achieve some goals last time: first of all I overall felt better and my legs did look more firm and I was very happy about that, but now those things are already gone
So I am here to ask if anybody of you has any tip for keeping on working out daily and do not lose track
