Hey Blenders. I've been having some really intense painin my wrist (probably due to heavy yard work) but I need advice on how to modify planks and push ups, seeing as I can't put my hand flat against the floor. For now I have been making fists, but that's kind of uncomfortable. Thanks and Cheerio!
