Yes, you have a new kid on the block and it's been a long time coming !
So, long story short I live in GA, about 70lbs over weight and knees are really paying the price now. I turned 50 in Nov and I have just finished my second round of gel injections into my left knee. Yes, I have got to get to work on myself.
My first question here is how is the support group ? I would love to have someone kinda nudge me along from time to time.
