So again it is about 35C here today + humidity and my scheduled workout is a long HIIT with a super nice extra credit of total body....I'm thinking of swapping this out with perhaps some upper body strength or abs. I still want to work out but would prefer to not pass out or puke during it.
What does everyone else do when the heat is too much?
