when does the sugar turn to fat settles after eating sweets
Hey guys, quick question, So I have sweets that can last for 2 weeks; cakes, cookies, croissants from an event that I cannot let it go to waste. I'll have a few cookies or a slice of cake once every 3 days after dinner. I wanted to know when does the sugar goes through the process of turning into fat? I work out also, and i try not to go over my calorie limit. I just had a slice of cake, and I feel bloated, which i know is water retention and it'll go away. how can I tell that I'm working off all the sweets I ate? thank you for anyone explaining the process, I'm still trying to understand the science of nutrition lol.
