How is everyone? I see many workout completes and personal achievements; so proud of you all! You guys are rocking it!
Today is Sunday over here. Have you all taken a rest day or do you have something scheduled?
I am currently in the middle of FbFit, but I think my workout from Friday, the 60 minute HIIT and Abs 8x Tabata video really hurt my shin (I'll say shin splints but probably a mild case). Long story short, certain impact and movements hurt my shins soooo I decided to not do my next planned workout, a HIIT and lower body, and instead had an awesome upper body and core strength session! Here is my lineup:
My arms were shaking!!! And I finished off with some foam rolling, and boy did I feel it!
I'm proud of myself because I tend to have an all or nothing attitude with working out, so was considering taking another rest day (which would mean I would have taken 3 rest days in the past 8 days which isn't normal for me), but I told myself to just not be a stickler with the FBFit program and instead work around it, so I got myself to do these workouts, in the hopes that tomorrow I can continue with the program (if not, I'll just have to do some low impact lower body strength!)
I hope everyone else is doing well! I still have some school exams to take care of before I have a full week to myself. Kind of.
I'm excited to announce that I managed to score a few days with a physical therapist to observe their practice :) Very excited for that!
