Eating Clean

I started the eating clean 4 week meal plan, and I lost 7 lbs! I've always LOVED FB workouts, but pairing it with a meal plan has been it dynamite. I love how it gives you a grocery list, gives you recipes, and tells you exactly what to eat. It takes all the guess work out of eating clean, and for a busy Mom, it's been amazing! This is after 4 weeks.
