Hello, there's a lot of exercises done with straight legs, during workouts as well sa during cooldowns. Sometimes you say not to lock up knees completely and sometimes (during cooldowns) to straighten the legs. So my question: is it ok to do the cooldown stretches with locked knees or should they be 'almost locked up'?
