Hi Guys! I am just finishing up FB Sweat and I am looking at doing FB Burn 1 or 2 next. Can anyone tell me how do they compare to Sweat? More lifting or less? Less HIIT or about the same? I LOVED FB Strong and plan on repeating it in July, and I liked Sweat as well. Any thought would be appreciated !
