I only just started my very first program here on FB, but I noticed I'm already having trouble planning workouts on so many days of the week. It's still my goal to do one workout a day, but I'm just wondering:
If I miss a day, is it okay to do two workouts the day after or should I just stick to one workout a day?
What would you guys suggest?Any tips for when you skip certain days? :-)
