I am due to finish FB Burn this week, and I am already looking for my next programme.
I am interested in FB Strong - I still want to lose more weight but I just love strength training. Is this the right programme for me next or do I need to do more of a cardio programme before I do strong??
Is it a true or a myth that you HAVE to lose fat before building muscle?
