Ugh. I'm so frustrated!! I completed FB Strong a couple weeks ago and was so proud of myself. I had lost 10 lbs and felt great. I decided to keep going and started FB Sweat. I'm 2 weeks into that and have gained back 7lbs. I hate the way I look. I don't see any improvement in how my body looks (even since starting FB Strong) and I'm incredibly deviated that I've gained back so much of the weight I had lost.
Admittedly I could probably be better about what I'm eating (especially on the weekends) but I'm honestly just feeling likes it's not even worth it. I'm just so sick of losing weight just to have it all (and in most cases) and more come back that I'm starting to think it's just not worth it. Is anyone else experiencing this yoyo weight thing? If so, how are you handling it?
