Hey guys, so i started working out for 2 weeks now. I already feel better, but there's one thing. Food. How can i stop eating sugar, like ice cream, chocolate etc. It really drags me down, because when i eat, i usually have to exercise to not feel guilty.. i just want to eat healthy. its also hard, because i don't live alone, so my family also buys candy etc. sigh.. hope you can give me some tips ~
