I’m super close to finishing fb sweat, and trying to figure out what to do next. On sweat, I lost some torso and leg fat but no arm fat. Am trying to decide if I should do fb flex plus abs next, or fb burn? I know you can’t spot reduce but my arms are super flabby. (Am gen trying to loose a ton of baby/pregnancy wt; I’m ten months post partum). Thoughts? Thank you!!
