I started working out with Fitness Blender in March 17, 2018. The “before” pics were taken on March 20 at 199 pounds (I am 5’9” tall). I have since completed the 4-week Low-Impact program and am 1/2 way through the Sweat program. At today’s weigh-in, I was 191 pounds and have lost 4” on my waist. I still have a ways to go, but I am feel so much better and stronger! I’ve never experienced such success with a fitness program. I am able to workout 5-6 days per week (1 day of stretching) and I look forward to each workout. Looking forward to even more results as I continue to work out with Fitness Blender!!
