Hi guys I'm in a funk and I don't know what to do. I finally started working out 5/6 days a week about three weeks ago but I haven't dropped a pound o a centimeter off my body. I do not know what I'm doing wrong. I monitor my diet (even if I don't count calories) and eat pretty healthy. I'm feeling very discouraged.
Please if you have tips and suggestions I'll be glad to read them! xx
