Looking for advice on workout program

Hello people! It's great to be part of this community!

I am Aladino from Italy. I am 30 years old, 172 cm (about 5.7 feet), and I weigh 69 Kg (about 152 pounds). I don't have too much body fat at the moment. Apart from playing soccer once or twice a week I have not done much sport in the last few months. Now I am looking for a workout program to get stronger and build muscles. Which workout plan would you recommend me? Thanks for your help!
