I’m mother of tow 3 years old girls (Yes, they are twins) and I want to be more healthy and leaner. I tried some of the workout plans, but I haven’t enough time... I wake up at 5am and go to bed at 11pm everyday. I go to a full time job and after that I’m full time mother an housewife....
I find those 10min. workouts and I started doing them for a week now. I do also 5min. worm up and 5min. cool down. So my question is: Is it gonna have some effect on my body or I just loose my time?!
