Lower body weight

Hi everyone. I’ve just discovered FB and I just say this is wonderful! It’s just my concern is I carry a lot of weight in my lower body and it makes me feel self conscious.. I know you can’t spot reduce and I understand you have to work other parts of the body which I’d also love to do, but Is there anything that could help me? Or guide me in the right direction? I mean I want to slim down my lower body but I’d love to slim down every where too. Should I just try their cardio workouts? I have asthma so I get out of breathe really easily and that kind of discourages me too since I love to work out.. I’m just feeling stuck.
