Today I did a longer routine to work on endurance and abs. (And I think my upper body will be sore tomorrow. It always is after kickboxing.) I did Daniel's 51 min. kickboxing and core routine for the first time, and I really enjoyed it! It’s was mentally challenging as well, keeping good form through the whole interval!👍🏻
For lunch I had roast beef tacos, vegetables that were cooked with the roast, and water melon. Maybe a little random assortment, but it taste really good! I was HUNGRY!😋 Not that great of a picture because I ate some first, but oh well!😄

In the meantime, I think I’m going to go have another taco!🌮
