I have been 1 month full weight bearing after a fractured ankle. During the time of being non weight bearing I have put on almost 13kg of weight. Prior to my injury i use to do high intensity work outs. I would love to receive any suggestions of workouts I can do while I am learning to walk again especially for legs.
