I messed that up, and big time. I did eat mindfully though. I must learn to watch my portion sizes, which is why I'm trying to log in the first place (it has worked for me in the past and it's a way of calibrating my feeling full every now and then.)
2) Exercise daily Tuesday-Saturday.
I started FB Strong last week. I did not manage to work out every day Tue-Sat, mainly because I did a 1000 cal WO on Thursday. (I had planned to do a 1000 cal WO for a "one 1000 calorie WO per month challenge" and I did it. ) Adding a workout on the day after that was toeing the line to exhaustion but I knew I was in for a row of some rest days, so I ditched the goal to train on Saturday and push through on Friday.
I haven't done my PFT to officially finish my FB30/2 yet. I'm not giving up on this, I'll find a way to include this some time soon.
