I have been using FB workouts on and off for the past years. I finally decided to buy my first program 2 months ago (FB Burn) and now I'm about to finish FB Strong.
Best investment ever for 10 dollars each! I used to dread having to workout before because I always do the same thing (HIIT, Squats, Back, etc) so it gets very boring repetitive. My problem was if I didn't like the workout, I won't even try to do it. Using the program and the calendar actually improved my discipline and I got to try various routines and hit different parts of my body.
I have to admit that I don't eat clean 24/7. Everything in moderation! Eat for your body and your soul. :)
Soooo 2 programs later, I gained 2-3 kgs...
I also lost ~3 inches off my waist and I'm now buying smaller sizes in clothing. (I bought the same pants from the same brand as a measuring tool LOL).
Now I don't have a "goal weight". I have a goal size.
Excuse my goofy face in the picture. That's an after workout pic so I'm also shiny lol.
