However, I was quite disappointed that there were a number of days where a workout from one of the free challenges was included. I like to do those 5 day challenges when I am not in a position to start a new program. So, when I start a new program and then there are so many work outs from the challenges, it seems a waste. There are sooooooo many videos, why is part of the program "wasted" with the 5-day challenge videos?
I mean, yes, those are fantastic kick-your-butt videos, but I was hoping to have more opportunity to see videos I wouldn't normally pick for myself outside of a program.

In general, I loved it!
However, I was quite disappointed that there were a number of days where a workout from one of the free challenges was included.
