I finally began my first programme today after 9 months of on and off individual workouts and 5 months stalking the community. Mildly intimidated by the eight weeks but I figured I might as well go for it!
I think my beginning PFT results speak for themselves and most definitely show my target areas for improvement:
(Very reluctant)1 mile (which I only completed after a mini-tantrum because I detest running): 13 minutes 2 seconds (I do not expect this to improve because I live in one of the hilliest cities in the UK and have never completed more than half a mile without ending up a puffing purple mess)

Push-ups: 11 (half)
Squats: 102 (SHOCK :o)
Plank: 1 minute 4 seconds (full)
Sit and Reach: 6.9cm
