Ok so I've had some weeks off but it's my birthday today and started back with my fave fb workout!!!
Soooo I had family over from England and have been eating EVERYTHING in sight.... I have enjoyed it but I've also noticed my mood has started to change because I'm having a kind of 'sugar crash' by around 4 everyday, I'm feeling more tired, I haven't got much energy and my skin has broken out BADLY. However, normally I would feel ashamed and upset and starve myself until I lost the weight (by the way 2 kilo weight gain) but not this time. I've enjoyed going for meals with my family and having sneaky cheesecake dates with my cousins at 2am in the morning. I don't get to see them so I really did just fully let my 'healthy guard' down and let loose. I know I can get back into it and within six weeks will be looking how I was a few weeks ago so I'm fine with the change in my body atm. Soooo today I turned 28 😮😮😮😮 and got straight back into it with my fave routine from Kelli which is a HIIT routine, at the end Kelli says to remember how good the feeling of finishing a workout is and it's just what I needed to hear today! So bring on the next six weeks of rebuilding my mind and body to a better me again. Hope everyone has a great week and kicks off their may (tomorrow) with a great start!! Xx ps that's me and my kiddies because it's my bday and I wanted to share lol
