Jellied salmon - are you a fan of jellied meat / fish?
I rarely eat meat or fish, but today I had one of my favorite dishes for lunch - jellied salmon (with steamed green beans on the side).
Here, in Russia, all types of meat can be cooked that way - broth is made into a jelly. That is a famous New Year dish. Most often, we use beef or pork, sometimes turkey and chicken, and red or white fish. Adding spices, garlic, lemon, etc. makes it taste heavenly!
I know this dish is less common in the US / Europe. Have you, guys, tried it? Do you like it?
