Active Recovery & Step Count

Hi everyone! Love this community, been working out with FB 10+ years! I’m just curious how people approach a “recovery day”… I think I am guilty of “over training” and not allowing myself proper rest. I’ve gotten somewhat obsessed with reaching 10,000+ steps daily, but I find it hard to do on days I’m not actively working out. Do you track steps on rest day?
