Today I've done something I can't really remember ever doing, I might have though but I don't think so. I've rescheduled week 2 of BtBwB to next week. I'm feeling physically exhausted, I did start on Day 8 of the challenge but immediately felt I wouldn't be able to give it my all. And when I do a challenge or program I want to be all in, so I moved everything to next week and decided to take this week as a deload week. I don't need to tell you ladies how hard it is for me to do this, but it's time I listened to what my nearly 57 year old body is screaming at me and tell my brain to get on board. So I picked one of my favorite active recovery workouts by Erica, some toning with light weights followed by a nice stretch.
Okay, let's talk about dinner. What yumminess is appearing on your plates today?
We had quite a bit of rabbit left over, so we gave a portion to Marie, put a part in the freezer and hubs put some in the fridge for himself for today. I'm making myself a nice mixed salad with some cold tuna thrown in. I'll put some mini hotel buns in the oven for us to go with that.
Okido, I'm off to have some breakfast and tea while reading and later I'll do some more stuff from my list.
