Hope you're all well and have lovely days ahead? I'm going to drive to work today as a practice before I go back next week 😂 I also have lots of work in my garden to do, and some furniture to put together.
My workout today will be yoga, as an active recovery in between days of Flex. I'm not, as I've said before, a yoga fan, but I'm trying to persevere with it. What about you - when it comes to types of exercise that you don't enjoy too much, do you stick with it or let it go?
What about food for today? Not sure yet for me, but we have plenty in the freezer! Probably something with pasta.
