C Section Recovery

Hi FB Fam,

I haven't checked in in a while, but I'd like to start working out again. I had a baby 3 months ago through an emergency caesarean section. I took some time to recover and have been taking walks every day to get some activity and fresh air. I'd like to start working out again, but I haven't in a while so I need some advice on where to start. I haven't been too active in pregnancy either so it's really been a while. I'm looking for something that makes me feel like I've actually done a workout while still being easy enough to transition. I'd really appreciate advice on which program to start with. Also, for anyone who's been in my boat please share your experience. Thanks.
